Father's Day Weekend

This weekend was way too much fun! Jesse and I made the long trek over to Leavenworth, WA to go camping for my sisters Birthday on Friday. It took a whopping five and a half hours to get to Jonny Creek! It was a very long drive!!! But we enjoyed ourselves completely. We met up with my sister Chelsea, brother-n-law Chris, and little Jesse. They scored a super sweet campsite with an awesome fire place and a little stream flowing through it that went straight into the Icicle river. Gorgeous! Here's proof...

The little stream.

We decided to pack up camp Saturday morning so we got back to Wenatchee at about noon. We quickly went to pick up our precious Lyla.... oh how I have missed her.... I am sure you can tell! Get a load of her adorableness!!!!

We took a little drive to check out the progress on Chelsea & Chris' new home... It's looking awesome!

Only 50 more days!!!

So entertained...

Lyla started making some noises and discovered that she can move her lips with her fingers and make even cooler noises.... she's too funny!!!

Chelsea and I put together this little Candy-Gram for my dad for Father's Day and he loved it!!!

Before we knew it... the weekend was over. Poof! So sad. =(
But it was a great weekend, that's for sure!!!

Update on Ace. When we got to Jesse's Parents on Friday, Ace was running. He's not supposed to run.... but he did. And he did it like a champ. Like he isn't even hurt! It was so great to see him! We are still so thankful that he is okay!!!
